Our programme is designed to develop the physical literacy and fundamental movement skills required to enjoy ALL sports and encourage children to move more.

Children are introduced to a different sport each session to achieve specific, age-appropriate, learning outcomes.

MY SPORTS DIARY helps each child track the sports they have played, the skills they have learned, and the activities they have enjoyed the most.
